The Hive Design Co. is a residential design and drafting studio with over 10 years of experience helping builders and homeowners turn ideas into thoughtful, practical and buildable designs for renovations, additions, secondary suites and new homes.
For homeowners, we make the design process approachable. We help you work through the big decisions, explore possibilities and develop a home that suits the way you live, your property and your budget. We translate that into clear, detailed drawings for building permits & construction.
For builders and contractors, we can become an extension of your team during the design phase. Send your clients our way and we’ll help them work through layouts, exterior design, project scope and the many decisions that need to happen before construction begins. We take care of the design so you can focus on what you do best!
Our approach combines thoughtful residential design with practical construction knowledge, clear communication and an appreciation for durable, natural and energy-conscious building wherever it makes sense for the project.
Proudly based in Charlotte County, serving homeowners and builders locally and throughout New Brunswick.
Good design. Clear drawings. From concept to construction.
