St. Stephen Area Chamber of Commerce, St. Andrews Chamber of Commerce and Eastern Charlotte Chamber of Commerce have partnered to bring you the first Regional Chamber of Commerce Lunch & Learn. This is a virtual session ONLY (via ZOOM) and the topic is:

FINDING A SECOND WIND: TIPS FOR ENGAGING AN EXHAUSTED WORKFORCE.
Monday March 8th
12pm-1pm

Under the weight of the pandemic organizations around the world are struggling with employee engagement. When your team members are stressed and mentally checked out, morale plummets, productivity takes a hit, absenteeism rates spike… the list goes on. The good news? By being proactive leaders can stop this negative domino effect before momentum builds. “Think outside the box” approaches to engagement from a psychological wellness perspective are the name of the game in this Lunch and Learn session.

Facilitator:  Elizabeth Eldridge, Psychological Health & Safety Advisor

Elizabeth Eldridge is a Psychological Health and Safety Consultant from St. George, NB. She founded Arpeggio Health Services in 2012, which has since grown into Atlantic Canada’s largest provider of training programs like Mental Health First Aid. In addition to holding certification as an instructor for several standardized mental health programs she facilitates numerous original workshops on mental health awareness, workplace wellness and resilience that have become cornerstones in leadership training within organizations across the country. In her consulting role Elizabeth works primarily in the corporate sector, supporting companies in the adoption of policies and practices that optimize psychological health and safety, in turn boosting productivity, decreasing absenteeism and improving employee engagement, retention and workplace culture.

To register please call Tara Cleghorn at (506) 466-7703 or email chamber.ststephen@nb.aibn.com. This initial session will be complimentary for Chamber members (membership will be verified) and $10 for non-members and payment can be made by cheque or e-Transfer.
