Pyra, the polish potato brings to life our families passion of eastern European food, mainly polish meals including Pierogi’s, Cabbage rolls and Canadian crafted smoked meats from Sikorski. We are slowly bring in Eastern European groceries such as polish mustard and soups. We chose the potato because both Poland and New Brunswick are known for their abundance of potato, and potato inspired foods. Whether it’s ordering food to go, or to eat in on our potato shaped tables, Pyra is here in town to stay and provide incredibly crafted polish meals.
