The St. Croix International Waterway Commission is an international, non-profit partnership that protects and enhances the health, heritage and beauty of a waterway along the St. Croix River shared with the Passamaquoddy Nation, Canada and the United States.
Since 1986, the St. Croix International Waterway Commission has been responsible for planning and facilitating management of the St. Croix boundary water system, which is designated a Canadian Heritage River, including the Heritage River Recreation Program providing wilderness camping on the St. Croix River, Spednic Lake, and East Grand Lake.
